Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities- Qualify, capture, and convert high-volume leads and opportunities generated primarily through marketing and outbound activities.
- Build relationships with prospective customers, using discretion to open, handle common objections, and close meetings.
- Relay prospective lead information to sales team members to further validate opportunity alignment.
- Research accounts to prospect using buying intent technology, such as TechTarget, Zoom Info, and 6Sense.
- Execute monthly outbound prospecting programs in alignment with sales and marketing.
- Work hand-in-hand with account executives, demand generation teams, and field marketing teams to build qualified pipeline.
- Creatively follow up on inbound leads to further pique prospect interest.
- Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with a focus on quality and the customer.
- Devotion to sales development, achievement, and driving career forward rapidly.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with a CRM or content management tracking system.
- Excellent oral, written, and social media communication skills.
- Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work with a variety of internal groups.
- Curious, positive, and aggressive attitude.
- Ability to provide status updates to sales team members in a clear and concise fashion.
- Ability to research, utilize, and leverage social media and the internet to qualify leads, drive opportunity, and revenue.
- Experience working on demand generation activities and pipeline generation.
- Prior experience with business development tools for building prospecting contact lists, researching targeted accounts, and social selling.
