Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to lead our Wakefield team in delivering exceptional building consultancy services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects across sectors including MoD, MoJ, industrial & warehouse, and office. They will work closely with our team to deliver professional services including dilapidations, condition reports, party wall, defect analysis, measured surveys, and acquisition surveys.

This is an excellent long-term career opportunity for a career-driven Senior Building Surveyor looking to progress towards an Associate level position and take on further responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects across various sectors
  • Deliver professional services including dilapidations and condition reports
  • Work closely with the team to achieve project goals
  • Take on further responsibility and progress towards an Associate level position
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building consultancy
  • MRICS qualification is preferred
  • Previous consultancy experience is beneficial
