Job Description: Lead Ultrasound Administrator Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Ultrasound Administrator Specialist to join our team at Onewelbeck Central Services. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our clinicians and patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling complex enquiries. You will be expected to work closely with our Director of Central Services to ensure the smooth operation of our Ultrasound call line service.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our clinicians and patients
  • Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for Ultrasound procedures
  • Handle complex enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with our Director of Central Services to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
