Job Overview

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary is reflective of the skills and qualifications required for the role, as well as the location of the projects.

Job Description

As a Groundworks Foreman with CSS Recruitment, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the site and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinating with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating any potential risks or hazards on site.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
