**Job Overview**

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join their client's purpose-built maintenance facility in the Edinburgh area. This exciting opportunity involves working in a team of highly skilled professionals on a mixed fleet of commercial vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform vehicle inspections, general servicing, and pre-planned maintenance.
  • Undertake reactive maintenance as required, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Maintain and prepare vehicles for MOT presentation.
  • Correct running defects efficiently.

**Requirements**

  • Candidate must be a qualified HGV Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications.
  • Must be able to undertake all aspects of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Auto Electrical, Welding, and tail lift maintenance experience are beneficial but not essential.
  • A Commercial vehicle driving licence is an added advantage for this role.

**Benefits**

  • Overtime paid at 1.5 X – 2 X.
  • OTE: £60,000 per annum.
  • Joining bonus - £1,500.
