About the Role:
Prince Personnel Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Success and Sales Professional to join our team in Telford.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Operations Manager, provide excellent customer service and sales support to meet company targets and objectives.
• Target customers with new products and services, developing and supporting the quotes process.
• Take an active interest in reviewing processing and procedures, ensuring a balance of efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and support the sales and customer services process using current systems.
• Take ownership of internal sales and customer services processes, supporting the growth of new and existing business accounts.
• Work well as part of a team and independently to achieve targets set by the management team.

Requirements:
• Proactive attitude to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with colleagues in the US and enter sales orders and customer information on to Plex.
• Maintain confidentiality and show a willingness to learn new skills and undertake training.
• Carry out general office admin duties, attend meetings, and take notes as required.
• Provide a prompt response to customer queries received by emails and phone calls.
• Follow company health and safety procedures and report any areas for improvement to management.
