Brand Development Coordinator

Job DescriptionThis exciting role offers a unique opportunity to combine marketing and administrative responsibilities, working closely with our New Business team to create compelling content, manage events, and analyze campaign performance. As a Marketing & Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
- Collaborating with the New Business team to create engaging content, case studies, and sales materials.
- Managing and coordinating marketing activities, ensuring alignment with Designate's agency strategy and goals.
- Providing administrative support, including HR files, appraisal setting, CPD, and supply management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including social media marketing and content creation.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
