Location: Hardy's Road, Cleethorpes

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Job Share

Salary: £30,000 p/a (pro rata for part-time, plus potential to earn bonus of up to £7,800)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, foster a positive work environment, and celebrate colleague successes.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock control, to maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, analyse sales reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales and Performance: Set and achieve sales targets, drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, and analyse sales trends.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in local community events, seek partnerships that contribute to the overall well-being of the community, and manage budgets and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and the local community.
  • Retail Operations: Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising, and the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
