About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Jaguar Land Rover Technician to join our team at The AA. As a dedicated mechanic, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, working with some of the most advanced technology in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer expectations, providing clear communication and updates throughout the repair process.
  • Work independently, taking ownership of appointments and tasks, with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
  • Full category B driving licence, with no more than 6 points.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
