Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering against aggressive motor finance targets and successfully recruiting new dealers in chosen strategic areas and/or geographic territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of OEM Franchise Partners
  • New Opportunity Pipeline Management
  • Dealer training - BNPP-PF systems, processes, regulatory sales processes & requirements
  • Dealer sales management to include financial products and customer suitability, management of credit volumes, business quality, margins, take up rates and accept rates
  • Complaint management and dealer liaison
  • Customer cycle management
  • Wholesale Finance development and lead generation

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Retail Motor Finance experience gained with a Motor Finance provider - Must
  • Outstanding track record in business development & Account Management in Motor Finance
  • Resilience - Evidence of being in a high-pressure role where delivering sustainable and profitable sales are key
  • Commercial awareness
  • Confidence and networking ability
