Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering against aggressive motor finance targets and successfully recruiting new dealers in chosen strategic areas and/or geographic territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of OEM Franchise Partners
- New Opportunity Pipeline Management
- Dealer training - BNPP-PF systems, processes, regulatory sales processes & requirements
- Dealer sales management to include financial products and customer suitability, management of credit volumes, business quality, margins, take up rates and accept rates
- Complaint management and dealer liaison
- Customer cycle management
- Wholesale Finance development and lead generation
Requirements:
- Full driving licence
- Retail Motor Finance experience gained with a Motor Finance provider - Must
- Outstanding track record in business development & Account Management in Motor Finance
- Resilience - Evidence of being in a high-pressure role where delivering sustainable and profitable sales are key
- Commercial awareness
- Confidence and networking ability
