Role Overview
The Recruitment Co is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join a dynamic team in the Fleetwood area.

Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for actively learning all aspects of maintenance operations. This will involve participating in on-the-job training, conducting walk rounds and visual inspections, and implementing a preventative maintenance system. The role also encompasses new systems installation, utility supervision, and control of contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess existing mechanical engineering qualifications or be working towards same. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential, as is experience with energy management systems and water conservation. Driving licence holders are preferred. Additionally, prior experience in food manufacturing environments or knowledge of live product handling is advantageous.
