We are seeking a skilled Catering Equipment Technician to join our team at Workshop Recruitment in Bishops Cleeve. As a Catering Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of commercial kitchen equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience in fault-finding and problem-solving. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

In this role, you will carry out regular safety checks on catering equipment, identify and resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance. You will also be required to travel to site visits to complete repairs and installations as needed.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • A clean and tidy appearance.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge, gained through work experience or relevant qualifications.
  • Natural curiosity and fault-finding/problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a courteous and professional manner.
  • Good organizational and timekeeping skills.
