Cleanliness and Hygiene Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our care home team at Crooton Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality housekeeping services in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of our residents and staff. Your expertise will help us ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff
Requirements:
- Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital, or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
- Effective communication and leadership skills
