Job Title: HTML5 Digital Courseware Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HTML5 Digital Courseware Developer to join our team at Rolls-Royce Nuclear (Submarines). As a key member of our digital learning team, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and engaging digital courseware solutions using HTML5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative and cost-effective HTML5 solutions to deliver interactive animated content.
  • Update and refresh existing training content via a purpose-built eLearning HTML5 framework.
  • Interface with internal and external training teams, training tool developers, and Subject Matter Experts to provide well-considered digital courseware solutions.
  • Attend external continuous professional development events to advance knowledge and develop partner relationships.

Requirements:

  • Degree in digital learning design or equivalent relevant experience supported by a professional portfolio.
  • Proven working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and ActionScript to develop digital solutions.
  • Experience in supporting the conversion of Flash content into a HTML5 framework.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in delivering time-critical projects to a defined quality standard.
