Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead a team of quality inspectors and engineers to conduct regular audits and inspections of our products and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 4 Qualification
  • Ideal Qualification: Engineering Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics)
  • A minimum of 2 years Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Own transport and valid driver's license.
Desirable Skills:
  • Quality drive with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a group (good facilitator)
  • High level of analytical ability and skilled problem solver
  • Core Skills knowledge (SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans) will be an added advantage.
