We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic System Trainer to join our team in the East Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training and support to our clients, ensuring they are equipped to use our cutting-edge software products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Empower: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing clients on our software products, providing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Solve and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client support requests, providing timely and effective solutions through troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Install and Configure: Set up our software products on client systems, tailoring configurations to meet diverse needs and requirements.
  • Feedback and Innovate: Participate in product testing, providing valuable insights and feedback to our development team to inform future product enhancements.
  • Master and Mentor: Continuously learn about our latest technologies and share knowledge with clients and colleagues, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Tech Guru: Proven technical support skills, with a strong foundation in IT and software troubleshooting.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Educator: Experience in training or teaching technical content, with a passion for making learning engaging and accessible.
  • Problem Solver: Logical thought process and a keen understanding of technology, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
