- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with additional learning needs.
- Knowledge of SEN and EHCP frameworks.
- Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or a related field (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
