About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to lead our software development efforts in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring the highest quality of software applications.

Compensation:

This position comes with a salary of approximately £65,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent programming skills, including proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. They will also have experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Excellent programming skills, including proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
