FitzRoy is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team in Emneth. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, committed team enabling people with complex needs to enjoy life and be part of the community.
We are looking for exceptional individuals to provide care and support individually tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. You will work together to identify and achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily tasks and activities
- Developing and implementing individual care plans
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve resident goals
