About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Change and Delivery Manager to join our People Team at Tesco Bank.

As we embark on a significant transformation journey, becoming part of Barclays, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of People Consultants and contribute to the delivery of this change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and coach a team of consultants to drive and support the delivery of functional deliverables.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the smooth running of People team projects with careful consideration of change management.
  • HR Expertise: Operate as a HR expert, providing support and coaching to People Consultants.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and the wider People team on all HR, ER, and organisational change programmes.
  • Problem Solving: Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • People Planning: Support the People Leadership team in the development and implementation of People Plans aligned to business strategy.
  • Culture Development: Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organisation achieve its objectives.

Requirements

  • HR Experience: Strong HR experience in either generalist or a variety specialist HR roles.
  • Change Management: Experience in HR planning and change.
  • Team Management: Experience of managing a team of HR professionals.

Desirable Skills

  • Organisation Design: Organisation Design experience.
