Job Summary

This is a dynamic role within the United Living Group, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the work management system, Totalmobile (Connect & Mobilise), and leading on project data capture to enhance and support project reporting and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the Totalmobile system to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
  • Lead project data capture initiatives to enhance project reporting and performance.
  • Collaborate with the technical team at Totalmobile to resolve interface errors and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Support the transition from incumbent systems to Totalmobile, ensuring a smooth transition for office and site-based operational staff.
  • Resolve data differences with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain process maps and create video tutorial libraries to support system usage.
  • Provide weekly project performance reports to operational leads.

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and initiative to learn quickly on the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer relationships.
  • Full UK driving license.

Desirable Skills

  • Working with APIs and knowledge of XML or JSON files.
  • Experience working with Totalmobile and knowledge of Power BI.
