Records Management Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Records Management Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring effective information management and compliance across all project stages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act in an advisory capacity to Framework Senior Document Controllers, Document Controllers, Administrators, and project teams regarding construction, commercial, and contractual documentation.
- Ensure all BMS/IM Procedures are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure the implementation of IM Plans at all project stages, including archiving.
- Collaborate with Quality Teams to conduct regular internal audits and raise relevant Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.
- Configure project workflows and build/create projects on preferred systems following the completion of IM Plans.
- Produce quarterly project audit reports and provide quarterly reporting to BU Board on IM compliance and system usage.
- Attend quarterly meetings with BU Bid, Operational, and Quality Teams to coordinate information requirements.
- Ensure that Quality Plans and IT Policies contain sufficient information to establish workspaces.
- Assess project requirements for tablet devices and configure devices for site use.
- Add and configure BMS forms in line with current systems and ITP requirements.
- Develop good relationships with project teams through regular site visits.
- Manage project workspaces to ensure compliance with GT processes.
Requirements:
We require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information management principles and practices.
Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
