Nithsdale Vets is a small animal practice with 21 staff members working across two sites in Dumfries and Thornhill. As a dedicated team, we strive to provide excellent customer service and deliver high-quality care to our patients. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be part of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and their pets, handling daily tasks such as checking and updating records, securing follow-up appointments, and promoting promotional schemes.
