Job Description:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Lead to join our team at Rich Products Corporation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Reliability/Production in an FMCG manufacturing/packing environment and strong Electrical/Mechanical/Pneumatic understanding with the ability to ensure full RCAs.

About the Role:
  • This is a hands-on role involving breakdowns, planned maintenance, and project work.
  • Ensure products manufactured are safe, legal, and comply with customer quality standards.
  • Adhere to all Company Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

This role requires the ability to read and update Electrical/Mechanical drawings, knowledge of H&S legislation, and PLC technology programming. Experience in leading small teams within an FMCG/Food environment and familiarity with maintenance management systems are also beneficial.
