About the Role:

As an Investor Relations/Client Relationship Specialist at DWS, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of fundraise efforts globally for our Alternative Credit Europe Strategies. This involves working closely with colleagues across Coverage, Investments, and Product divisions around the world to develop fund marketing plans, drive analysis and documentation associated with sales strategy and capital raising, and develop strong productive relationships with internal distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the delivery of fundraise efforts globally for our Alternative Credit Europe Strategies
Developing fund marketing plans, including market demand assessment activities
Driving analysis and documentation associated with sales strategy and capital raising
Developing strong productive relationships with internal distribution partners
Leading coordination for the delivery of specialist investment content associated with RFP and DDQ activity for Alternative Credit strategies
Supporting the broader DWS generalist sales team with specialist sales support towards Alternative Credit strategies
Working closely with teams such as Product Specialists, Research, and Investment Managers to convert sales opportunities into AUM flows
Managing Investor Relations activities, including LP Advisory Committee meetings and LP engagement, including Fund AGMs and annual Investor Conferences

Requirements:

Proven track record across an environment such as Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management, and/or Investment Marketing, with solid understanding of private market fundraising strategies
Solid understanding of Alternative Credit strategies such as Leveraged Loans, Direct Lending, CLOs, Infrastructure Debt, and Real Estate Debt
Demonstrable experience of leading the production of specialist investment content for RFP and DDQ activity to support capital formation strategies
Strong networking skills and proactive approach to working with colleagues across the business, but equally adept at working autonomously
Highly structured approach with project management skills and strong analytical skills using Excel
Ability to connect and build strong relationships with others, highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Educated to degree level in a relevant financial field or with relevant industry experience
