The Citi International Early Careers Team comprises recruiters and programme managers across various regions, including LATAM, Asia, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East and Africa.

This role will support the management of expanding apprentice populations in Belfast and London through well-executed programmes, acting as a key point of contact and partnering with third-party vendors, including Apprenticeship Training Institutions.

You will work closely with the early careers D&I Recruiter and the Global Head of Early Careers D&I on the execution of all early career D&I programmes, responsible for initiating, monitoring, and overseeing the performance management process for programme participants.

Supporting mid and long-term career development by providing career coaching, you will also work closely with HR Generalists/Advisors to solve issues related to programme populations and partner with regional compensation teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process for programme participants.

A competitive base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a generous holiday allowance, annual performance-related bonus, private medical insurance packages, Employee Assistance Programme, Pension Plan, Paid Parental Leave, and special discounts for employees, family, and friends, make this a compelling opportunity.

The successful candidate will have recruitment and/or programme management experience, working knowledge and understanding of the UK apprentice market, and experience of early career D&I programmes, as well as an understanding of specific developmental needs of early careers populations.
