**Team/Role Overview**

This position is within the Citi International Early Careers Team which comprises talent acquisition and program management. The job holder will support the management of a specific group of Citi’s early career populations through managing well-executed programs. The role also includes involvement with global recruitment and development projects. Program managers have a close working relationship with the business aligned talent acquisition partners.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the management of a specific group of Citi’s analyst and associate populations through managing well-executed programs.
- Act as the HR (Human Resources) point of contact for specifically assigned populations according to business area and/or geography.
- Responsible for organising and executing effective rotations and placements within the specific business areas to ensure that both individual development needs and business needs are met.
- Close partnership with business stakeholders to innovate and improve programs.
- Work with Early Career Learning team on execution of training programs.
- Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for program participants.
- Support the mid and long term career development of the early career populations by providing career coaching.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners/Advisors to solve issues related to program populations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners/Advisors and compensation teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process for program participants.

**What we’ll need from you**
- Recruitment and/or program management experience required.
- Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage.
- Understanding of specific developmental needs of early careers populations.
