Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met while upholding product freshness, quality, and food safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with experience in implementing and adjusting production schedules to meet demand, optimize resources, and minimize waste.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily production activities to ensure schedules are met and product quality is maintained
- Implementing and adjusting production schedules to meet demand and optimize resources
- Managing and developing a high-performing team to consistently deliver on quality and efficiency targets
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to fresh food manufacturing
- Monitoring production metrics, analyzing data, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the fresh food industry
- Strong knowledge of fresh food safety protocols, quality control, and shelf-life management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on communication and team building
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
