Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a key member of our finance and operations team. The role will involve providing support with financial administration, office operations, and HR functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the cashiering function, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assist with billing and reporting, including preparing financial reports and KPIs.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies and expenses.
Team Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with the management team and fee earners to align efforts with firm goals.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Train fee earners on financial compliance and provide ad-hoc administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal finance or cashiering.
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
