Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a key member of our finance and operations team. The role will involve providing support with financial administration, office operations, and HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the cashiering function, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with billing and reporting, including preparing financial reports and KPIs.
- Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies and expenses.
- Work closely with the management team and fee earners to align efforts with firm goals.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
- Train fee earners on financial compliance and provide ad-hoc administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal finance or cashiering.
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
