Job Overview
Tempest Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced English Learning Support Specialist to join our team in Hammersmith and Fulham. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with MLD and complex needs to achieve their academic goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of working with students with similar needs, and a passion for delivering high-quality support to enable them to reach their full potential. You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning plans, and provide regular updates on student progress.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Delivering one-on-one and group support to students with MLD and complex needs
  • Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff
  • Working closely with teachers and other school staff to promote student well-being and progress


**Requirements:**
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children or young people with MLD to complex needs
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality support to students and contribute to positive outcomes
  • Ongoing professional development and training


**Estimated Salary**: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
