Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality home tuition and school-based support to students in need
- Work closely with our team to identify individual student needs and develop effective learning plans
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers
Requirements:
- Valid Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills
- Positive behaviour strategy knowledge and experience of helping children self-regulate emotions
- Strong understanding of working with vulnerable young people in the care system and those with SEN
