Job Summary:
We seek a seasoned Mechanical Operations Manager to lead our regional team in Scotland, covering areas such as Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas, and HVAC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of planned, reactive, and responsive maintenance services, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of maintenance services to secured sites.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee project delivery, including small/major works projects, involving in-house engineers and subcontractors as needed.
- Lead and manage the supply chain, staff recruitment, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Proven track record in managing teams, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
