Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a contract catering or restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and financial management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
