Your Role

As a Team Leader in our Adult Community Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritises person-centred care, flexibility, and professional development.

  • Daily tasks may include leading teams, assessing client needs, developing care plans, and ensuring high-quality support.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to provide comprehensive care and advocacy.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £15 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings through sleep-in sessions (£60 per session) and the potential for a welcome bonus of £500 upon completing 12 months of employment (terms apply). Our benefits package includes:

  • Generous annual leave entitlement (25 days + 8 bank holidays for the first 5 years, increasing to 28 days + 8 bank holidays after 5 years).
