Project Leadership Specialist

The Project Leadership Specialist will be responsible for managing the successful operational delivery of projects at Sizewell.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all site resources (plant and labour).
- Maintaining a positive and productive working culture.
- Mentoring and coaching subordinates.
- Ensuring all site activities are carried out in a safe manner.
- Promoting environmental sustainability.
- Deploying resources efficiently and effectively.
- Contributing to the development of the budget.
- Understanding the contract program and critical path operations.
- Planning works ahead and having contingency plans in place.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality control and security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Works Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
