Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure that the project is delivered to the highest possible standard and meets all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) regulations.
- Complete inductions and toolbox talks.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues before they become apparent.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Support and development of junior members of staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering large extension construction projects, ideally within the Food & Beverage or Industrial sectors.
- A valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card.
- A valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate.
- A valid First Aid Certificate.
- A working knowledge of Temporary Works.
