Avionic Systems Engineer

This role involves working on the avionic systems of our aircraft fleet, including the DHC6 Twin Otter and BN2 Islander. The successful candidate will have experience with Nav/Comm systems and aircraft electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on avionic systems
  • Carry out 50/100/200 annual inspections and defect rectification on airframes and engines
  • Work as part of a small engineering team to maintain our aircraft fleet

Requirements:

  • Competent avionic experience on Nav/Comm systems or aircraft electrical engineering experience
  • Currency or certificate of competence desired to support the application

Benefits:

  • 22 days (rising to 25 after three years) per year + Bank holidays

Working Hours:

Working on a rotating 40 hour (5 day) alternating shift pattern that covers a 6 day week flying operation.
