Highway Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Civil Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep of various elements within our estate, ensuring they meet stringent standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience in building maintenance, with the ability to work independently and manage contractors effectively.
• A solid understanding of management information systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HSE requirements related to construction and building industries, particularly CDM guidelines.

Required qualifications include:

• A level 4 qualification in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• NEBOSH CDM Certificate.
• A full driving licence.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and benefit of mariners as part of our General Lighthouse Authority and maritime charity. The annual salary for this position is approximately £40,073, based on national averages in England.
