  1. Deliver high-quality AV support for corporate events, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and adhering to established processes.
  2. Provide pre-event planning, technical advice, and execution services as outlined in Event Function Sheets.
  3. Maintain consistent standards across all events and report any service issues affecting the Events Team.
  4. Comply with information security policies and manage enquiries sent to the Events team mailbox.
