About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our family engagement services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the needs of prisoners, their children, and families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing service plans that meet the needs of our clients.
- Facilitating visits between prisoners and their families.
- Providing support and guidance to prisoners, their children, and families.
Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
