Main Responsibilities:- Lead the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with Lead Nurses and the Clinical Nursing Manager to enhance nursing practice.
- Promote rigorous infection control measures and maintain strict hygiene protocols.
- Participate in the on-call rota as part of the nursing team.
- Foster a culture of excellence and sustainability in nursing care.
- Support the Clinical Nursing Manager in achieving the practice's goals.
