Job Title: Veterinary Care Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator to join our team, working 40 hours a week in a busy front-of-house role.

This position involves supporting a team of Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses, and Care Assistants. Your duties will include handling telephone lines, arranging appointments, taking payments, entering test results, and ensuring consult rooms are fully stocked.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is on offer for this rewarding role.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the practice for opening and closing, managing tills and card machines, alarms, voicemail, and systems
  • Maintain appointment slots available for clients to book online
  • Perform reception duties, greeting clients and updating records
  • Advise clients about the Medivet Healthcare Plan and complete relevant sign-up documentation
  • Ensure online practice information is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Excellent client-facing and reception skills
  • Experience working as part of a team and building positive working relationships
  • Knowledge of online appointment booking systems
  • Administration experience and skills
  • Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
  • Social media content management experience an advantage
