Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full procurement cycle of Market Research spend products and services, focusing on regional or global opportunities.
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive value for money and improve procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and commercial aspects of complex business needs.
  • Oversee the evaluation process for complex procurements to ensure compliance with policy requirements and drive value for money outcomes.
  • Develop and negotiate contract terms, ensuring the application of principles of contract law in procurement.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on contract management and vendor management.
  • Track savings and cost avoidance potential, and deal with financial planning and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in category management and executing complex RFP processes.
  • Developed project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Business acumen, with sound financial, legal, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English language and one other language.
