We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Fleet Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Motus Group.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with a range of fantastic brands, including Vauxhall, Peugeot, and Renault, and be a part of a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer vehicle orders efficiently and accurately
  • Provide quotes for car and commercial vehicles across multiple brands
  • Manage and update information on various vehicle brand systems
  • Collaborate with our wider group companies to achieve business objectives
  • Liaise with customers and lease companies to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Communicate with third-party service providers as needed
  • Verify vehicle availability and respond to customer inquiries
  • Arrange vehicle deliveries and complete administrative tasks related to order fulfillment

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Exceptional customer service and people skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

Previous experience with Kerridge would be advantageous for this role.
