About This Role

As a Senior Food Preparation Professional with Elior, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Our care homes serve delicious, locally-sourced meals that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the catering team to create menus that meet resident preferences and dietary needs.
  2. Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment.
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and courteous manner.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
What We Offer

Elior offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits and rewards.
