Role Overview

As a key member of our Programme and Project Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility, and a keen eye for detail, you will deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an information management and document control service function, processes, procedures, and supporting systems. In addition, you will maintain effective control of all programme/project information and documentation, consistent with client and project standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with delivery teams as a key contact for the Sponsor and Project.
  • Liaise with other project teams and client functions to agree conformity of approach and consistent accessibility of documentation.
  • Monitor Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to ensure it is rolled out into business as usual within agreed timescales, maintaining conformity of approach, consistent configuration of systems, and standard accessibility of documentation.
  • Carry out assurance and monitoring of data completeness and quality across the Common Data Environment.
  • Approve processes, procedures, and systems to maintain effective information management and document control.
  • Manage for effective resourcing of document control activity.
  • Monitor adoption of information management and document control processes within programme and project teams.
