We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Recruitment team at TLT LLP. This role offers a full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model.

The Recruitment team collaborates closely with various HR functions to provide a proactive and effective HR service. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle within designated business areas.

Your Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your daily tasks will include:

  • Utilizing diverse sourcing strategies to proactively identify top talent for the organization.
  • Attracting and selecting the best candidates for legal support roles across multiple UK locations.
  • Conducting initial screening calls to ensure candidates possess the required skills and understand the specifics of contracting.
  • Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates based on the specifications provided by the Recruitment Advisor.
  • Coordinating interview schedules by managing stakeholder calendars.
  • Arranging venues for in-person interviews and setting up virtual meetings as needed.
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders following interviews.
  • Managing candidates throughout the hiring process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring all necessary documentation is processed at each stage.
  • Communicating with unsuccessful candidates through our ATS.
  • Overseeing the candidate experience during their onboarding journey.
  • Assisting the Recruitment Operations team with any additional screening tasks as required.
  • Collaborating with other Recruitment and HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Your Qualifications
  • Experience in a Recruitment environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and engaging suitable candidates.
  • Prior administrative support experience in HR or Recruitment is beneficial.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using an ATS for managing job vacancies and candidates.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating daily interactions with Hiring Managers, Candidates, and external partners.
  • Able to handle multiple, competing deadlines efficiently.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to assist team members as needed.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment in a legal context.
