Customer Success Manager

At Seequent, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way geoprofessionals work. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our subsurface software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with allocated client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Work closely with clients to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to drive adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and inform product development.
  • Act as a CRM champion, ensuring accurate maintenance of client databases and providing vital market information to Segment and Product Management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and work to improve outcomes and perceptions.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a Ground Investigation or Geological background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with complex technology customers and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Technical orientation and natural curiosity for how software works.
