The Role

As a successful Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, fostering and maintaining a network of candidates and clients in some of the most lucrative recruitment sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating job descriptions and crafting compelling advertisements
  • Screening and qualifying candidates
  • Managing the interview and offer stages
  • Gathering specialized market insights to enhance market share
  • Pitching for retained business opportunities
  • Guiding clients through the Vantage Consulting experience
  • Mentoring Associate Consultants as needed

Please note that this position may require working outside of standard office hours due to time zone differences in the American market, but we maintain a flexible work-from-home policy.
