Location:

Carpenter Box is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to enhance our IT team as we continue to expand and innovate within the accounting sector.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day assistance for the firm's IT needs while also participating in various IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional support services to the firm's IT users, including technical assistance, advice, and guidance.
  • Providing premium support to Partners to enhance their productivity.
  • Collaborating with Departmental Heads to understand and address their IT needs.
  • Keeping abreast of external IT developments and contributing to the long-term IT strategy.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of network servers, PCs, routers, and other hardware.
  • Ensuring all new employees receive comprehensive IT onboarding.
  • Traveling to various office locations once a week.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and other reasonable duties as assigned by the Directors.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in an IT support capacity.
  • A proactive interest in technology.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
